We have a few cameras on a site. We give certain contractors Live View access to see the site through DMSS. Suddenly one of them told us they are getting an error message the device has been bound with another email address. The email address is one of the users, but they have never had admin access, so how have they taken over this camera? They have also done it inadvertently, so they are happy to reverse it, but I don't have instructions for them. I understand it has to do with Device Sharing, but how do we turn it off?
