Display IP number remotely?

I use BI for remote surveillance of a vacation house. There is not a guaranteed fixed IP address at the vacation house but the IP number changes very rarely (less than once per year), so I do not use a dynamic dns service. However, since the external IP number potentially can change, it would be good if the alert e-mails or the nightly status e-mails could list the latest known external IP number of the BI site. It would be a way to avoid losing contact with a system. That could also be useful for people using dynamic dns if they run into trouble.

Any way to accomplish this?
 
Dynamic DNS is the usual solution to this.

But if that isn't good enough for you, then... IP Monitor

or you could just have Teamviewer set up so you can log in to the PC remotely even if your IP has changed; at which point you can easily discover what the new IP is.
 
also, if you have a licensed copy then the phone app will find your ip based on the license key, which refreshes in BI as often as you tell it to.
