DIO connection-21 message after Sealevel 8115 install

I just got Sealevel 8115 installed and running with no issues at all. Every time my camera motion triggers I get the correct relay picked on the sealevel box.

On the BI status page, message tab I now have a white X in a red circle counting up/ It says DIO Connection - 21

Any idea what this is

I would email support...its a pretty unique issue as there are not many sealevel users...
