Updated for the sake of clarity...
I have a BlueIris instance that is giving me problems -- I cannot see my cameras when I connect to it from my iPhone or iPad while on my office WIFI network. If I disable WIFI on my phone and use LTE to connect, I have no problems. Here is what I see when I connect over WIFI:

You'll notice that, while I am logged in, the server details are missing. If I click to view cameras, I just get a grey screen. Alerts notifications are received on my iOS devices, but I cannot view the recorded alerts in the iOS application over WIFI.
If I connect from my home WIFI, I have no issues. That seems to indicate there's a routing issue with some hardware in the office. We have FIOS 150/150 and three access points in the office (two R8000 routers and an Apple WAP). Interestingly enough, I can log in to other BlueIris instances from my office WIFI without an issue. It just seems to be this one connection giving me problems.
Can anyone suggest what might be wrong? Thanks
