Difference between the Hikvision DS-7716NI-E4 and DS-7716NI-SP

Hi all --

What's the difference between the Hikvision DS-7716NI-E4 and DS-7716NI-SP (NOTE the suffix E4 and SP)?
I want to buy one of these with my ebay bucks offer (5x). The DS-7716NI-E4 seems
a little less expensive and can support up to 6M (vs 6M picture).

Any issues with getting a multilanguage version vs the English version?

Are there any after market NVR that also supports sPOE (zmodo/funlux POE)?
