What is the difference between. DS-2CD2132F-IS and DS-2CD3132F-IWS
DS-2CD3132F-IWS has wifi, another difference ??

DS-2CD2132F-IS is either WR / UK / EU / USA / International version or Chinese version (they make both confusingly)

DS-2CD3132F-IWS is chinese only. It might have more plastic bits than metal.

At this price range stick to the DS-2CD2132F-IS unless you want wifi (which you shoudn't)
