I am running xProtect Essential+ with 7 HikVision 2142s.
I have successfully configured each of the camera's events to trigger and record using rules.
I have configured alarms for each of the events, but they do not trigger.
I have been through all of the posted tutorials but with no success.
Has anyone had a similar issue? If so, how did you correct it?
