Device error when saving Intrusion Detection etc.

My DS-2CD4A26FWD function very fine, but one month ago I should change some setting under Intrusion detection and Line crossing detection. When I come to "save" I got the message "Device error" in a little box down in right corner. Basic Motion can be saved with no problem. The same with Defocus detection under "smart event".

I have tried questioning my hikvison supplyer with poor result. I have since upgraded to last firmware hoping it would help, but no.

Should I try Restoring, Default settings?
It says: "Reset all the parameters, except the IP parameters and user information, to the default settings".
This must mean that I have to reset almost everything incl. the Intrusion dectection and so on. If I afterwards cannot config them again I am lost.

I hope for another solution. Anybody knows?
 
I realize this is an old thread but I am having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution for it?
