Deep stack

BI 5.5.5.13 and deepstack 2022.01.01 CPU

Guys- deep stack has worked well for me except recently so not looking to make the switch out of it. I reinstalled because it was giving me timeout messages and now it’s working but all my alerts are showing OCCUPIED. I’m assuming only alerts that are confirmed will show up on the Alerts pane. How do I troubleshoot this? Thanks

First make sure you have the "detect/ignore static objects" checked as I assume it is seeing a parked car or something?



Next would be to uncheck the "hide cancelled alerts on timeline and all alerts" so that you can see them even if they were cancelled. You can always filter it out when reviewing:
