Daylight savings clip cutting

I noticed that my 12 hour clips are being cut at 11 AM instead of 12 AM/12 PM. Due to daylight savings time change. How can I fix it so my clips get cut every 12 hours at 12am/12pm. I have the settings in the cameras set to 12 hours.
