New nvr running slow and at times lock up. Lagging on changing screens.
Software came with the newest: System Version is: V3.216.0000003.0

Currently only have 4 cameras and one is a PTZ.

Any help would be thankful.
Bought from Andy two weeks ago.

The software version that I have is. 3.216.0000003.
There is no R.
Is that the same version or an updated version. My NVR say that its up to date?
 
What do you have the bit rate and frame rate set to on your cameras and what resolution are the cameras?
 
I find poor termination of RJ45 cables has some strange effects on NVR's. I have seen this issue out in the field and to fault find this I ran a couple of cameras connected to the NVR on the test bench with pre made cables no issues. Once I connected the pre-installed cameras back up, NVR menus were hanging and running slow. One by one I removed cameras until I found one camera had a poorly made cable which I replaced and the problems went away.

Still waiting on a reply. is there a difference in version software:
3.216.000003 dated 12112018. This is what came with the unit.
3.216.00003 R dated 12112018. Is listed on Andy page.

Is there a difference?????????????????????????? Which version is the latest???????????????????????????
