It is your browser. You still need to use Explorer for some of the cameras or you will miss functionality.
You can get Explorer back.

I didn't see this anywhere. Happy New Year. In EDGE-- go to settings and change the highlighted item to NEVER....

Thanks so much. Looks like I needed to add my cameras web gui address for edge to use IE settings.It is your browser. You still need to use Explorer for some of the cameras or you will miss functionality.
