Dahua VTO Open / Close configuration

i, I use Dahua VTO (VTO6221E-P) to control some electric gates.

Currently, i can open the gates then wait x seconds and close automatically

I would like the ability to open the gates and close with a seperate command. i.e i could leave the gates open indefinitely.

Does anybody know how to configure this?

As of a few months ago tech support told me it wasn’t possible to override gates programming.

Closing would be a different animal with all the different manufacturers/model gate controllers but you’d think the vto could send some type of keep alive alarm outs to the gates RTE to keep open.

Well maybe it is possible; I’m on the phone with tech support, wired up an lpr to auto open gate by whitelist and it kept the gate open all night. Apparently alarm out 2 from camera/vto vth setup can close gate so maybe the lock 2 button on DMSS can act as close?
