I've been trying to read video from a dahua harddisk using the Dahua DiskManager program, however, very few of the videos are playable. Trying to read the big mayority of them gives a "Failed to open record ! Please check disk..."
But the disk is fine and the recorder was working fine, I removed the disk just because the internet connection between my computer and the recorder was extremely slow, so I bought a new WD Purple for the recorder and took its old disk to view some videos I was interested in view, directly to the PC with a HDD dockstation.
I have no idea why this happens and how to solve it, I would appreciate ideas. Thanks.
