I have managed to connect an external mic to the DH-SD6C3425GB-HNR-A-PV1 TiOC 2.0 PTZ.
It is a golf ball electret condenser microphone (ECM) with a pre-amplifier.
I have configured the audio channel correctly, and have two-way audio working on DMSS.
I can also hear the audio with video even when not using two-way talk.
However, when I view the recorded videos on the SD card via DMSS, I do not hear any audio.
I am using a Samsung Pro Endurance 256GB MicroSD card for local storage.
Have I missed any settings somewhere?
I am a Mac user and none of the plugins actually download (404) when using Microsoft Edge for configuring the camera.
I have also tried going through the settings on a Windows machine (which I had borrowed from a family member).
I am still unable to pinpoint any settings that I may have missed that is causing this issue.
Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
