Dahua timeline has changed buttons missing to extend timeline for easy view and keeps jumping time too easily

Yes, how do I get the button back as the timeline keeps jumping, I can't cut videos without it

I'm Not a expert sorry, it's on the nvr when viewing footage on the time line
