They do but the only email address and phone I know is for the U.S.A.

Dahua does not support end users, only their certified dealers.

I contact them all the time. I did get my NVR and cameras from a dealer so maybe they have me listed that way but I deal with them directly via email or phone. They even call me back on my cell.
I never call my dealer for stuff like this.
