Dahua NVR5216-16P-4KS2 stuck at 100MB

I'm looking at the specs of my DVR and everything I read states it has a 10/100/1000 network port yet I can not get it to run at 1GB on the uplink (only 100MB). I have unifi 1GB POE switch and have tried the standard ports and even an RJ45 SFP set at 1GB and cant get anything it to come up. Does anyone else have this unit running at 1GB?

I spoke to Andy who I bought the unit from in 2018 but he didn't have any suggestions to try.

Are you sure you're not using CAT5 cable? It limit the speed to 100mbps

My 5216-4ks2 (no built in switch) is running at 1 GB, according to the switch. I'm not aware of any way to get this info from the NVR itself.

my router says 1GB for my 5216-4ks2e and cat5 cable is fine at about 100 feet.
