Dahua NVR Web GUI Not Loading

I've spent about two hours trying to troubleshoot this without any luck. The NVR is on the same network as my laptop and just typing the NVR's IP address doesn't load its login page. The NVR is on 192.168.0.*. I was able to log on like 6 months ago, I don't know why it's not doing it now. I've tried two laptops, a Mac and PC and multiple browsers. Any idea what the issue could be ?

Make sure that the NVR IP address didn't change from what it was 6 months ago.

That 192.168.0.XXX address.....was that set to "static" in the NVR?
And these laptops you're trying.... their IP's are in the same subnet as the NVR?
