Dahua nvr offline when using SmartPSS on the move

When I am on holiday and I start SmartPSS on my laptop via wifi, my dahua recorder is offline, via the app DMSS on my smartphone I can access my nvr. Can SmartPSS be set up so that my nvr is accessible?

Yes

Add the NVR to SmartPSS via "Manual Add" using the serial number of the NVR and enable P2P on the NVR.
Thats likely how your phone is working
