Dahua IVS/Abandoned item

We are experimenting with the IVS function and using SmartPSS 2.01

When we run abandoned item, we can pull the video associated with it, but we are not seeing WHO left the item. This seems to a pre-record issue. We changed this on the NVR directly to 30 seconds but no help. Any other suggestions?

It is very buggy and you need to increase the pre roll or just go back to the playback before that file is made and see what led up to the alarm trigger.
