Dahua IPC-HDW2449T-S-PRO - firmware update fail

New camera from Aliexpress. Update fails via web interface and Dahua configuration tool. I also found that p2p also does not work - it reports online, but DMSS does not see the camera. When trying to open the web part for update, the page disappears - see video.

I did several factory resets, checked and replaced UTP cables, used a different internet network...

Same problem my IPC-HDW2449T-S-PRO camera. Firmware not possible update and camere show on setting "online", but not possible connect DMSS.
Did you manage to solve it the problem?

Is it a Chinese region camera that’s crippled not allowing updates?

Download this *.zip file and unpack *.bin file: DH_IPC-HX2XXX-Hugo_MultiLang_PN_V3.120.0000000.9.R.241231
here found: Dahua Technology - World-leading Video-centric AIoT Solution and Service Provide

Camera reset factory default.
With ConfigTool V5.001.0000005.1 "Modify IP" Search, add user name and password from camera BOX. Then possible see the UNINITIALIZED camera IP adress.
Add IP adress (Firefox) web browser and initialize the camera.
Then with ConfigTool update camera with *.bin firmware.
Now possible login the camera (already with new firmware) and necessary all setting modify.
With new firmware possible update menu to enter, no problem. Now DMSS possible P2P access from other network.
