Here is my first video post showing the differences between setting the Grade to '0' and then to '100'.
The Youtube quality is not as good as the original.
What is the best way to show videos on the forum?
Is it something that I can change in Youtube settings somewhere? Or should I use Vimeo? Or???

You tube is the best way. If you are referring to the 3d Noise reduction, set it as low as you can stand it or for daylight hours, turn it off.
At night, setup a night profile and again, set it as low as you can stand it. Probably around 30 or so.
Setting it above 60 will cause issues.
