Dahua IPC HDW 4431C-A mic volume too loud

Hi All, i am having some trouble with a couple of cameras i bought, they all seem to have the mic volume set too high internaly, even when i log in on the webserver of the camera and lower the settings at 10%, it still has distortion at high sound levels ( e.g. door closing 5 meters away from camera ). its not just one of them, but all 40 seem to have the same issue. does anyone know a solution for this?

Try turning off the noise reduction setting in the cam GUI.

Thats the gamble you take when buying china region cams that are not firmware upgradable....
