Dahua IPC-HDBW4631R-S won't start up

Today I received my new IPC-HDBW4631R-S camera. Unfortunately, the camera does not want to start up. I have connected him lan / Poe. I do not see the camera with a lan scanner. What am I doing wrong. Is there a certain start-up process?

Now I have made a very blunt mistake and probably uploaded the wrong firmware. the camera can still be pinged but I can no longer approach it. How can I undo this.

6MP IPC-HDBW4631R-S Dahua.

i was upgrade this camera with [PAL]DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_Eng_P_Stream3_V2.622.0000000.18.R.20171110 (IPC-HDBW5631R-ZE-the same on picture like my) and it broke.

now I can login on this camera with smart pss on port 3800. there i found upgrade option. Is this good way to fix my camera?

This is a China region hacked to English cam. So, this may or maynot help.
