Dahua (IMOU) cameras reboot when blocked from internet

I have several imou cameras and they work fine until I block their ip to access internet on my unifi usg router. when they are blocked, each few seconds (maybe a minute or two) they reset themselves (i se the red light flashing and I can no t see their rstp streams)

anyone has experienced this, and knows a workaround? I dont want my cameras constantly feeding china my domestic brawls (the ones I usually lose ))
