Hi All,

My NVR records only on motion sensor. I have set up push notifications in app, however what I am trying to set up is only to get notifications after hours. Something like Mon-Friday 19:00 to 6:30AM and Sat-Sun 00-23.59
Cameras are in the office so I do not need notification all the times. Just after hours.

Any help appreciated.
 
i would recommend to record ALLTIME in normal mode and set motion additional at night with push notifications. With h265+ you have no problems with space storage.

You cant record alltime in motion mode and get only push notifications of the motions part time.

The motion detection and even the IVS is not good to use as an alarm system like setup. I would recommend to use an NVR with alarm inputs and install cheap PIR sensors. This will give you a false alarm rate of nearly 0.

Picking this old thread because I have a similar question.
1. During daytime I would like to get push notifications only from the property gate camera. At night, I would like to get notifications from all cameras.

2. I would also be interested in only getting push notifications when the intruder alarm is set.

If I understood it right, that is not possible with Dahua NVR, cameras and apps, at least for 1 (above).

My question is
Is there any other setup, like Blueiris or other that allows such (any) configurations?

everything is possible, you can set time-based triggers.

as mention earlier... software detection is garbage. you will get many false push notifications... if you want less false alerts, use PIR.
