Silly question but what is the Dahua equivalent of the IPC-T5442T-ZE so I can search and download the firmware on their site? I did look here on the forums and couldn't find the right answer. Thank you!

You do realize if you bought the camera from Andy, it has the best firmware for it, or he provides it.

But more importantly, why are you looking to update it?

I do and I've tried to find it here on the forum, but in multiple threads, people were "ridiculed" for lack of a better word when asking similar questions and pointed to Dahua.

The need came up when I was troubleshooting an issue with IVS not working on 2 cameras but I was able to fix it otherwise. But auto-tracking would have helped me figure it out. I have 10 of them and they are all running:

System Version V2.800.15OG002.0.R, Build Date: 2020-09-03
WEB Version V3.2.1.900200
ONVIF Version 19.06(V2.6.1.845551)
S/N 6K04930PAGC150D
Algorithm Version 1.0.1
Security Baseline Version V2.1

The T5442T-ZE does not auto-track. It is not a PTZ.
I'm sorry for not knowing the proper terminology, It's the feature where in Live view you see the IVS lines and the detected objects along with the detected objects in the smart motion detection area (if smart motion detection is turned on). Only 2 of my cameras are newer (2021) and I can see them.

Under the subforum for Andy is where he puts all the firmware:
Thank you!

The older one may be more sensitive to browser.

I rarely update firmware, especially if the camera is working for my needs.

One of my 5442 is on the same firmware you have and I see the lines in live view, but I do everything in Internet Explorer.

Thank you! All my devices are either Apple or PCs running linux. So IE is a difficult option at this time. But I guess I can set up dual boot on one of them and go from there. Thank you very much, I greatly appreciate your help!
