I am currently having network issues with my Dahua VTO2202F doorbell camera connected to Dahua NVR PoE port. I cannot use the DMSS app intercom function, as the doorbell camera is plugged into the NVR PoE port and it is assigned the IP 10.0.0.50. I think the doorbell needs to be in the same IP (192.168.0.x) in order for it to work. The solution I have thought of is adding a separate switch plugged into the router just for this doorbell camera, however I would prefer to have everything plugged into the NVR instead.
The other solution is to change the NVR PoE switch IP address for all cameras to be the same as my home network 192.168.0.x? This would be the ideal solution, as I will be able to use the intercom function. Thanks
