Hello, i have basic dahua ip cameras with built in microphone. Are they record audio on hikvision nvr.

They can, but it depends.
Enable ONVIF on the Dahua camera and you should be able to add it to the Hikvision NVR as an ONVIF device.
Or, add to the Hikvision NVR via the Dahua camera's RTSP stream.
