The Dahua Camera has a rotation but the network does not work, what's the problem?

Some more details about the network would be good. And when does it rotate?

My car's wheels do spin, but the spare does not. What's the problem?

After the initial rotation test, the camera no longer performs any moves, how should I reset factory the camera?

You need to open the back of the camera, 4 screws and remove the back half of the turret. There you will see the reset button

You could also do a factory reset thru the network with software like:

Onvif device manager: ONVIF Device Manager
or
Dahua config tool: https://dahuawiki.com/ConfigTool (download version 4.05.0)
