After a windows update I was seeing CPU usage at 45% and received an error message saying "Failed to create Conexant Audio Factory"
I looked the issue and said to go to services.msc and find CxUtilSvc and enable it. It was enabled so I disabled it instead: CxUtilSvc, CxUtilSvc Service, and CxAudioSvc Service. My CPU dropped to 28-35% and no more errors.
I am unsure if others have this issue but thought it would be good to post if anyone is searching.
