Hi all, excuse my bad English.
I have a DS-2CD6825G0/C-IS, the camera always worked well, recording accesses normally.
all of a sudden it stopped generating reports, in practice it counts accesses
but in the reports only zeros appear as in the figure.
I tried to reset it to factory settings, then update the firmware (V5.5.850 build 220421) but nothing to do.
does anyone have a suggestion?
