Could anyone Shoot It Away !!!

It's too traditional to talk about DVR resetting Operation ,But for me it became a nightmare !! when a customer forgets his admin password and ask to reset the (DVR Or Cam ) , it's take a long time when commit to a hikvision steps and oscillating performance too , So is there any real solutions

Charge the customer a fee each time they want it reset. Make the fee worth your time.
Maybe that will teach them to write down the password so they won't forget.

That is what already did ،but some of them deserves this kind of support far away about a fee or any income .... May a hikvision made a powerful secure system

Set up an administrative account for you and a customer account for them. Then you can log in to your account and redo their account.
