Codeproject.ai v 2.9.0

Was looking round in the github and saw that there were a version 2.9.0, would it make sense to try to install it instead of the current version (2.8.0) ?
or are BI thinking about moving away from CPAI as there haven been any "activities" lately in the code

I don't believe that 2.9.0 has been released yet, I thought I read a post that it was still in Beta, that was a few weeks ago so I could be wrong, I just took another quick look and could not find the 2.9.0 install files on the main download page on CodeProject.AI Server!
