Hi All,
I have a LTS CMIP8932-W that I cant seem to get the audio to work in iVMS4200. I get the error "Failed to open sound. Error code PlayCtrl.dll" when trying to turn on sound for that camera. I also have the Hikvision equivalent camera that has no sound issue.
I have tried using hikvision 5.2 firmware and also LTS 5.2 firmware with no luck. I have played with different audio encoding settings with no lucks.
Can anyone help?
