Clips don’t play on bi mobile app

Clips don’t play in iOS app

I have tried repairing the blue Iris database as well as deleting the dB folder and restart bi, the clips still won’t load/play in my iOS app.

The clips play fine at the console.

The live view plays fine on my mobile app.

I’ve googled this extensively and can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.

The clip loading screen spins and then the clip is finished playing and I cannot rewind or fast forward.

This is the issue while I’m both on the local LAN as well as on the iNET.

I had this issue on my android app. My wife's phone played clips fine. I did a lot of troubleshooting but nothing "worked" until I deleted the android application data and cache. Once I logged back in, everything worked fine.

By the way, I could play clips/alerts for all my cameras except for one. Very annoying.

I deleted the app and reinstalled and I still have the issue.

I’m not sure how to delete my apps cache data on iOS but I removed the app and re configured the data.

What file format are your recording to? BVR?
In your cameras ensure you are not using smart codec or a + codec.

I checked duhua settings and I had smart codec enabled.

I disabled it and I’m going to delete all of the clips and hopefully it’ll work!
