Clip reconfiguration

The first clip is my current situation I want to change to the second pic. What do I need to do

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for, but this button near the upper left corner should open the clip list... if that is what you're asking for. You can double click in the clip list's header bar to move it to the other side of the screen if desired.
