Check network availability?

I am having trouble connecting to my cameras through the BI apple app on my iPhone. It had worked previously but now does not. When I type in the IP address from a remote desktop computer, I can see everything fine. When I have the same information entered into the BI app, it says check network availability. I do not know what this means, I am on the Verizon network, also tried it on Wifi and it doesn't work.

Anyone else have this problem?

Make sure the app has the permissions it need..the phone may be blocking it..I would uninstall the app then reinstall it...
