I am having trouble connecting to my cameras through the BI apple app on my iPhone. It had worked previously but now does not. When I type in the IP address from a remote desktop computer, I can see everything fine. When I have the same information entered into the BI app, it says check network availability. I do not know what this means, I am on the Verizon network, also tried it on Wifi and it doesn't work.
