This is probably a dumb question, or I’m doing something wrong...
When I go into the video setup page on my cams and change the resolution from 720P to 1080P, the cam seems to zoom in a bit further and the field of view narrows a bit.
Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?
Cams are older IPC-HFW4300S cams with what I believe is the latest firmware.
Thanks guys.
EDIT: Never mind guys, it's my Blue Iris that appears to be messing things up. The cam itself is fine, and doesn't zoom when I change things. My BI appears to be holding onto the previous view res, which when the res gets larger, appears to zoom in. I'll figure it out... thanks.
