I have two Logitech 700e and would like to use my iOS apps to remotely access them. Is it possible to change their rtsp port or http port so I can use for example ipcam view on my iPhone?

Welcome to the forum...most routers allow you to set independent external ports routerd to specific internal ports...not need to change it on the cam....also if you want a secure connection consider a vpn.
