Changing IP 10.1.1.x to 192.168.x.x

Specifically, which IP...the XVR's LAN IP or the private subnet of a POE cam that is plugged into one of the XVR's POE ports?

We use POE Switch and the xvr doesnt have poe ports. so it is the private poe cam.
In that case log into each cam's webGUI, one at a time, using it's known IP and assign it a unique, static IP in the desired subnet, the same subnet as the XVR's LAN IP; if there's a router in that same LAN subnet be sure to use IP's that are OUTSIDE of that router's DHCP pool.

Set your PC to a static IP in the current subnet of the cams, such as 10.1.1.20, subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, no gateway then log into each cam one at a time and perform the above. When the last camera has been configured as desired, set the PC back to the the way it was.

The cameras must have at some point been plugged into a Dahua NVR for them to have 10.1.1.x addresses. The default on all Dahua cameras is 192.168.1.108
