CCTV camera installed in India - SN when applied does not work in USA

I am in USA and I have the DMSS application on my phone which I use to watch it from USA my home in India. I was moving around the icons and my DMSS icon got deleted and I tried to re-add the cameras to watch again and I am not able to.

I go to DMSS app
  1. Click on + sign
  2. Enter the serial number manually
  3. I do not know any security code (I saw that you don't need it)
  4. Click on NEXT
  5. I see Add Device
  6. I click on DVR/XVR
  7. I get the message "Failed to connect the device. Possible reasons include. 1. The device has not been initialized 2. Device Network is not configured.
  8. Below it shows "Please try again" and "Select Network Config Method"

I am in USA and I am using my home wireless network. I did turn off my wireless network and tried going directly to my cell phone provider network but still nothing.

Earlier similar stuff happened, and I read some instruction somewhere on the internet and I was able to add devices. So, I am not sure what I am doing wrong that I am not able to do it this time. As, it is crucial for me to connect to my home CCTV cameras to see what is going on back home.

The second question I have is, can I not use the computer to get this software installed or use a link to add my device and watch it through my TV connected to my computer? How can I do that, is there any instructions?

Did You created Dahua cloud account in DMSS when you were in India?
If yes, simply login to it and it should work..

If not - delete DMSS, install DMSS, install some VPN app of choice, disable GSM/mobile traffic, run on home WIFI, run VPN app it and select any server in India, connect VPN..

Then run configure DMSS one more time with that camera..
The best solution is to create fresh cloud account before adding camera by SN..
it will be bound to India region... and will store camera configuration added by SN...
