Capturing websocket/blob files and saving to video

I want to capture videos from RobotStreamer - Internet Controlled Robots & Low Latency Live Streaming

The images save as "data:image/png;base64" blob files... I can't figure out how to use the Generic MPEG1 via Websocket in BlueIris to save the video.

Any tips?
