Can't rearrange cameras

Hey guys,

Latest version of BI 5

Just noticed ( have not done it in awhile) I cannot drag one of my 30 cameras to another location on the grid whereas in the past I was always able to drag a camera to another location

Any help appreciated

There is an edit layout button in the top right somewhere, you gotta click that now
