Can't get New Server to work on Android app...

I posted this earlier, but it was removed for some reason. I'll try again.

I have BI set up on my Android S25 with my Home camera network... works well. Trying to add my store network. I entered my first/last five of the license for the store, LAN/WAN IP addresses, and username/password for BI store network. It cannot connect.

I've tried three times, and it shows all three "New Servers" that I've saved, however, when trying to edit them, they show all the BI info for my Home (snapbug).

What am I missing?

Ty entering only the store's WAN IP (or hostname if using DDNS) and port, LAN IP and port and username/password for the store; forget the license info.

Yeah... I can get it open via UI3... didn't think of that to start with. It seems to be better for everything mobile.
FWIW, I have never entered license info into the BI app when setting up any of 3 servers, not on my Android or on wife's iPhone. :idk:

The local address works while at the store, but the WAN address does not work from home.

I need a method of viewing the camera via mobile device and computer when not at the store.

You need to set up either a VPN (recommended) on the store's router or port forwarding on the store's router (not recommended).

If port forwarding, an incoming WAN request at the store on the port (usually 81) would be forwarded to the store BI server's LAN IP.

The VPN would also allow you remote access to the store's computer or anything else you may need on that LAN, depending on how you set it up.
