Can't control PTZ from PSS or IDMSS..need advice

I have two Z12 bullets and one SD59230U-HNI PTZ all controlled through POE to an 8 port POE NVR. I can control the PTZ for all cameras directly from the NVR and from the NVR web interface on IE, but I can only control the zoom on one z12 from smartpss and IDMSS. In smartpss, if i try to adjust the zoom of the ptz camera, it zooms the z12 even though i don't even have that cam selected. It seems like a settings or software issue?? I'm using the latest software versions. Anybody have any suggestions on what is wrong?
 
Just update your NVR firmware. Had the same problem with a specific one. Problem has been fixed in newer release. Use the board‘s search.
