Can't access camera from phone but can from PC

I have a customer that purchased a NVR and some cameras off amazon and wants to be able to see them on his phone. I set up his router and was able to get port forwarding to work so that I can see his NVR from my house. However, I can't get any apps to work. I have tried several. Is there another port that I need to forward?

Yes, more than one port typically needs forwarded for mobile devices. Depends on the NVR and setup.

You do realize, forwarding ports is a very high security risk these days.
