Cannot view / playback recorded clips on Blue iris web view

Hello
I am working on configuring blue iris web server

The problems is I can only view the cameras current live stream but the clip list is always shown empty as red cross marks even when i have tried accessing it on the LAN address from the server itself

Same thing happens when i tried accessing it through BI Android App : it cannot retrieve any recorded clips

note:
- I am saving the videos as '.BIV'
- I tired to install k-lite codecs standard pack on the server and remote pc but nothing changed
- Blueiris on the server has the clip list is shown correctly
- The live stream can only be viewed on the browser on the (java/jpeg) the Activx mode is not working i installed Activx but browser cannot detect it is there
- I tried to turn off the windows firewall on the BI server but did not work/ the router firewall is off to allow all packets transfer

Blue iris options >users
make sure user has access to recorded video.
activex will only work with IE not chrome or edge.

you are correct it seemed that the user i was using for login did not have the permissions to view clips -.-
