While troubleshooting a camera system for an older friend who could not access his cameras on his phone after upgrading we found out one of the cameras is bad.
The model for his system is CA-672-4CH2M from Canavis. I have not found much to recommend the company in my own looking through their support and documentation to see if we can replace the wireless camera with another from their site.
I am waiting on their support system to get back with an answer but likely he will want to get a new, wireless, all in one camera system for ease of use.
Has anyone had an interaction with this company/model of system to be able to recommend a replacement wireless camera or all in one wireless system of better quality?
